Product Description An upgrade to Olympus' respected (and discontinued) C-2020, the C-2040 incorporates all of its forebear's features plus a faster lens, easier connection to your computer, and improved counterpart processing. The fast f1.8-2.6 lens is clearly the central feature of the new exemplar. According to Olympus, the lens lets the C-2040 shoot in lower light status, which allows you to shoot flash-free in more situations and increases the effective lot of the flash. The 2.11 megapixel CCD in the C-2040 captures images at a resolution of 1600 x 1200, in both the JPEG and uncompressed Petty quarrel formats, and an 8 MB internal buffer allows you to shoot at 1.4 frames per next at high resolution and low compression levels. Product Description The Kodak DC3400 was created to take the region of the DC280, one of Amazon.com's top-selling digital cameras of all time. Essentially, Kodak stalwartly kept all of what made the DC280 such a great camera--2.1-megapixel images, 2x visual zoom, ease-of-use--and placed it in a new body with a more traditional shape. The DC3400 has enjoyed some terrific reviews from publications, which cite Kodak's trademark color saturation, the easy-to-use menu system, and its likeness to the popular DC280. The 2.1-megapixel CCD captures images at resolutions of 1,760 x 1,168 or 896 x 592 pixels. At both resolutions, Kodak offers three levels of JPEG efficiency to choose from. Files are saved to the included 8 MB CompactFlash card. The built-in exhibition features auto, off, fill, and red-eye reduction modes. Kodak was aiming for the middle of the consumer deal in with the DC3400. Essentially a point-and-shoot camera, the DC3400 features a magnitude of customization not normally found in point-and-shoots. Exposure compensation (EV) can be adjusted in increments of 0.5 EV, from +2 to -2 EV. The alcohol can select center-weighted or multipattern metering.
